FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What you see is what you get. We use only 100% REAL, all-natural ingredients in our syrups and juices, and we never add preservatives or artificial flavors or colors to any of our products.
This means we’re not “adding natural flavors,” or adding flavor extracts or oils. We never add water to our citrus juices, so they are 100% pure juice.
As is the case with all natural products, sediment/separation with the juices is normal, and slight color variations should be expected.
While our products technically never “go bad” if left unrefrigerated and unopened, we recommend consuming within a year of purchase for best flavor.
Always refrigerate after opening, and you’ll have roughly a month to consume our syrups and juices if kept in the fridge. We use 100% real ingredients, so in particular, we recommend consuming the citrus juices (lemon and lime) within a few days of opening if possible, as citrus develops some bitterness over time.
We fulfill all orders placed during business hours (9am to 5pm EST) same or next day! (except for bulk orders of 15+ kits, in which case we request 7 days minimum to process & ship. Orders placed on a Friday will ship Friday or Monday. All orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday or Tuesday.
*We are closed Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day. Orders placed on any of these days will be fulfilled in the next 1-2 business days.
We ship within the United States, to all states except Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
Once at checkout, you’ll have the option to choose between:
USPS or UPS 1-5 Day Shipping, ($9 per package to all states except CA, FL, CO, OR, TX, where it is $14)UPS Ground (auto calculates custom pricing from the carrier)UPS Next Day Air (auto calculates custom pricing from the carrier.)
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID-19, ALL CARRIERS HAVE REMOVED THEIR SHIP TIME GUARANTEES. THESE SHIPPING TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEES.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email direct to your inbox with tracking number and carrier details.
Of course! Our products are shelf-stable and only really need to be refrigerated once opened (see shelf-life section above for more info).
Our bottles are glass and are 100% recyclable (code #70 GL). They are also 100% reusable -follow us on social media for ideas on how to repurpose your Cheeky bottles :)
While our mixer ingredients contain no allergens, they are not made in an allergen-free facility (facility may also process nuts, dairy, gluten and soy).
Our products are not currently certified with a hechsher.
As we sell consumable food products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. However, if your package arrives damaged or you’ve otherwise had a sub-par experience, we’d love to hear from you, and we’d love the opportunity to make it right.

We understand how frustrating this is! We do our best to make sure your products arrive in perfect condition, however occasionally damage can occur in transit.
