We use all-natural ingredients in our syrups and juices, and we never add preservatives, artificial flavors, or colors to any of our products.

This means we’re not “adding natural flavors” or flavor extracts or oils. We never add water to our citrus juices, so they are 100% pure juice.

As with all natural products, sediment/separation with the juices is normal, and slight color variations should be expected.

All of our products are gluten-free and soy free. Our Honey and Honey Ginger Syrups are our only non-vegan flavors, and our Espresso Syrup is our only product containing caffeine. While we do not use nuts or major allergens as ingredients in our mixers, our facilities may process products containing nuts, so we do not make any statements about allergen-free.

No, Cheeky's syrups are not kosher certified.


Juices have an ambient shelf-life of 18 months from production, and Syrups have a shelf-life of 24 months from production. Product does not "go bad" when it hits the date code on the bottom of the bottle; it is a "recommended use-by" date.

Syrups & juices will last about a month after opening if refrigerated, but we recommend consuming them sooner rather than later for the best flavor and color.

There are two numbers on the bottom of the bottle- the production date and the "best by" date. The "best by" is not a hard expiration date, but a recommendation so the product maintains the best flavor/color/experience.

We use a process similar to canning (heating and holding) to ensure shelf stability. 

Bottle Material and Recycling

Our glass bottles are 100% recyclable (code #70 GL). They are also 100% reusable. We use a removable adhesive on all our labels for easy reuse and recycling.

Yes, they are organic starch so they melt in water! they dissolve in water leaving no toxic waste:)

Shipping, Tracking, Damages, Returns

We ship direct to customer in every state in the US. Unless otherwise specified, we ship USPS or UPS Ground 1-5 Day Shipping.

We ship to international wholesale customers through our shop on Faire:

The cutoff time for same day orders shipped via UPS is 12pm EST. UPS orders submitted after 12pm will ship the next day.Orders shipped via USPS (or for which free shipping is selected) will automatically ship one business day after they are received.

We fulfill all orders placed during business hours (10 am to 6 pm EST) the same or the next day. If you have a time-sensitive order or hard in-hands date please call us at 917 524 9034 or send us a note at before placing your order and we will recommend the best service to meet your deadline. Unfortunately we cannot expedite packages after they are fulfilled.

We fulfill orders placed on a Friday on Friday or Monday. We fulfill orders placed over the weekend on Monday or Tuesday.

Fulfillment time is not included in the carrier generated shipping estimate at checkout.

*We are closed Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and the Fourth of July. Orders placed on any of these days will be fulfilled in the next 1-2 business days.

Additional shipping fees may be charged to the customer if an incorrect shipping address is provided. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to obtain the correct information and reship the item at an additional cost.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete, as we are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a delivery fails due to an insufficient address provided by the customer, we are happy to arrange for reshipment. However, please note that the cost of reshipping will be invoiced to the customer to cover the additional shipping expenses.

We do our best to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition; however, damage can occasionally occur in transit. If this is the case, we are happy to issue you a refund or a replacement; shoot us a photo of the damages and a description of the problem to

Packaging, Gift Wrapping, Gift Notes & Gift Cards

As a default, we will package your order as simply and practically as possible to ensure safe delivery. Depending on the order, it may be packed in cases or with kraft paper, starch peanuts, etc. This flexibility allows us to keep prices down and waste to a minimum. 

All orders from our website come with recipe cards regardless of how they are packed.

If you are sending a gift and want an elevated presentation, please see the section below on gift wrapping.

We do not offer gift “wrapping,” but we happily offer gift “kitting.” Immediately before checkout, you will see an option to “pack as a gift.” If you select this option, we will pack your order (any order from one to ten bottles) in a top-opening mailer box filled with orange crinkle paper. If you write a gift note, we will place it inside the box with our Cheeky recipe cards and seal it with our signature orange and purple Cheeky tape.

There is a $5 upcharge for gift kitting any order up to (ten) four ounce bottles or up to (three)16 ounce bottles.

Yes, we offer different packaging options to choose from. For the 2 bottle kits, we default to shipping them in gift packaging, which includes crinkle paper and a mailer box.
