To Make One Tom Collins
- 1.5 oz Gin
- 0.75 oz Cheeky Simple Syrup
- 0.75 oz Cheeky 100% Lemon Juice
- Seltzer or Soda Water
To Make One Whiskey Sour
- 1.5 - 2oz Whiskey
- 0.5 - 0.75 oz Cheeky Simple Syrup
- 0.75 oz Cheeky 100% Lemon Juice
Add ingredients to a shaker tin and add ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds, strain into a double rocks or short highball glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel and brandied cherry.
To Make One Batch (5-6 cocktails) in a pitcher or Ball Jar (no tools required)

- 8-9 oz Gin
- 2.5-3 oz Cheeky Simple Syrup
- 4.5 oz Cheeky 100% Lemon Juice
- Seltzer or Soda Water
Whiskey Sour
- 8-11 oz Whiskey
- 3-4oz Cheeky Simple Syrup
- 4 oz Cheeky 100% Lemon Juice
Add gin/whiskey to a pitcher or 32 oz Ball Jar and add syrup and juice. Add ice and stir, or pour directly into single-serving glasses over fresh ice.
