The 2oz Kit: Makes 2+ Cocktails
To Make One Cocktail
-2 oz light Rum
-.75 oz Cheeky Mint Simple Syrup
-.75 oz Cheeky 100% Lime Juice
-Top with Seltzer
Add ingredients to a tall glass and add ice. Stir to blend, and Garnish with a Mint Sprig if available.
To Make One Batch (5-6 cocktails) in a pitcher or Ball Jar (no tools required)
- 8-11 oz light Rum
- 4 oz Cheeky Mint Simple Syrup
- 4 oz Cheeky 100% Lime Juice
- Top with Seltzer
Add spirit to a pitcher or 32 oz Ball Jar and add syrup and juice. Stir. Add ice, or pour into single-serving glasses over fresh ice. **Top individual cocktails with seltzer, do not add seltzer to the Ball Jar (it helps retain the bubbles!) Garnish as above.
