You can easily recreate the French 75 with the included Cheeky Simple Syrup and 100% Lemon Juice, then add your favorite Gin and a splash of Champagne (or Prosecco, or other dry sparkling wine).

To Make One Cocktail
- 1.5 oz Gin
- 0.5 oz Cheeky Simple Syrup
- 0.75 oz Cheeky 100% Lemon Juice
- Top with Champagne (or sparkling wine)
Add Gin, Simple Syrup, and Lemon Juice to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds, then strain into a champagne flute or coupe glass. Top with Champagne, and garnish with a lemon twist or wheel.
To Make One Batch (5-6 Cocktails) in a Pitcher or Ball Jar (no tools required)
- 8-9 oz Gin
- 2.5-3 oz Cheeky Simple Syrup
- 4.5 oz Cheeky 100% Lemon Juice
- 12-15 oz Champagne (or sparkling wine)
Add Gin, Simple Syrup, and Lemon Juice to a pitcher or 32 oz Ball Jar and stir to combine. Pour into individual glasses, filling each about halfway, then top with Champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist or wheel!
