Cheeky Espresso Martini Recipe:
- Mix: 1 oz Espresso Syrup & 2 oz Vodka
- Shake: Vigorously over ice
- Strain: Into a Martini or Coupe Glass
- Garnish: With 3 coffee beans for good luck!
Cosmopolitan Cocktail Recipe:
-1.5-2 oz Vodka (to make the original, use citrus Vodka, but plain ol' Vodka is just as delish!)
- .75 oz Cheeky Cranberry Syrup
- .75 oz Cheeky 100% Lime Juice
Add ingredients to a shaker tin and add ice. Shake 10-15 seconds and strain "up" into a Martini or Coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, wheel, wedge, or lime wheel or wedge if preferred.
To Make One Batch (5-6 cocktails) in a pitcher or Ball Jar (no tools required)
- 8-11 oz Vodka
- 4 oz Cheeky Cranberry Syrup
- 4 oz Cheeky 100% Lime Juice
Add vodka to a 32 oz Ball Jar with syrup and juice. Add ice and stir, or pour into single-serving glasses over fresh ice and give a quick stir. Garnish as above. *You may also shake the batched version, in which case serve it in an "up" glass as above :)
