To Make One Cocktail
-1.5 oz Aged Rum (We recommend Bacardi 8)
-.5 oz Cheeky Simple Syrup
-.5 oz Cheeky Lime Juice
-2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
-6-8 Mint Leaves for muddling and garnish
-Top with Champagne (or sparkling wine)
Add Mint and Simple Syrup to a mixing glass or tin and muddle gently. Add Aged Rum, Lime, and Bitters, and fill shaker with ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds, then double strain (through a fine strainer to remove most of the leaves) into a coupe or martini glass. Top with Champagne, and garnish with a fresh mint leaf or sprig. Enjoy!
