The Tom Collins is an old-school classic comprising gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup topped with seltzer or soda water. It's light and dazzling with refreshing bubbles. We've paired one 16 oz bottle each of our Simple Syrup and 100% Lemon Juice for you for quick and easy cocktail shopping- add your gin of choice to make 20+ cocktails, or swap in vodka, tequila, rum, or whiskey if you're feeling adventurous.

To Make One Cocktail

- 1.5-2 oz gin

- .75 oz Cheeky Simple Syrup

- .75 oz Cheeky 100% Lemon Juice

- Top with seltzer

Add ingredients (except the seltzer) to a shaker tin and add ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds, strain into a highball glass over fresh ice, and top with seltzer water. Garnish with a lemon wedge or wheel.
