The Gold Rush is a delicious contemporary classic cocktail made with bourbon, honey syrup, and lemon juice. We've paired one 4 oz bottle each of our Honey Syrup and 100% Lemon Juice for quick and easy cocktail shopping- add your bourbon of choice to make 5-6 cocktails.
To Make One Cocktail
- 2 oz bourbon
- .75 oz Cheeky Honey Syrup
- .75 oz Cheeky 100% Lemon Juice
Add ingredients to a shaker tin and add ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Leave without a garnish, or garnish with a Lemon Wheel or Twist if desired.
To Make One Batch (5-6 cocktails) in a pitcher or Ball Jar (no tools required)
- 8-11 oz bourbon
- Full 4 oz bottle Cheeky Honey Syrup
- Full 4 oz bottle Cheeky 100% Lemon Juice
Add bourbon to a pitcher or 32 oz Ball Jar, and add syrup and juice. Stir. Add ice, or simply pour into single-serving glasses over fresh ice. Garnish as above.
