The Penicillin is a delicious contemporary classic cocktail made with blended scotch, honey ginger syrup, and lemon juice, with an optional single-malt scotch float for extra smokiness. We've paired one 16 oz bottle each of our Honey Ginger Syrup and 100% Lemon Juice for you for quick and easy cocktail shopping- add your scotch of choice to make 20+ cocktails (it's also great with bourbon!)

To make One Cocktail

- 2 oz blended scotch

- .75 oz Cheeky Honey Ginger Syrup

- .75 oz Cheeky 100% Lemon Juice

Add ingredients to a shaker tin and add ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with Candied Ginger if available, or Lemon Wheel or Wedge if not.
